Terms of Service
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Imagloo (the "Service") — a set of free, browser-based image tools. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The service
Imagloo provides free tools that compress, resize, and convert images. The tools run entirely within your web browser using your device's own capabilities. Your images are processed locally and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any files you use with the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to process content you do not have the right to use, to violate any law, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output (such as a compressed or resized image) will meet your requirements.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagloo and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Service is provided free of charge and processes your files locally, you use it at your own risk and remain responsible for your own files and outputs.
5. Advertising and third parties
The Service is supported by advertising, which may be provided by third parties such as Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers or any sites they link to.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.
