About rotating images
Phones often save photos sideways or upside-down. Rotating fixes the orientation so the image displays correctly everywhere. You can also flip (mirror) an image horizontally or vertically. Rotation in 90° steps doesn't blur or stretch the picture — it simply reorients the existing pixels.
Like every Imagloo tool, rotating happens entirely in your browser — your image is never uploaded, so it stays completely private. Need to also change the size? Try the resizer or compressor.
Frequently asked questions
Will rotating blur my photo?
No. Rotating by 90°, 180° or 270° just reorients pixels with no loss. PNG output stays lossless.
Can I rotate and flip together?
Yes — the transforms combine, and the preview always shows the final result.
Do you upload my image?
No. Everything is processed locally on your device.
