Free, private image tools that work in your browser

Imagloo is a small collection of free online image tools — a compressor and a resizer, with more on the way. They're built for one simple idea: editing an image shouldn't mean handing your files over to a stranger's server.

Privacy first

Most "online" image tools upload your photos to a server, process them there, and send them back. Imagloo doesn't. Every tool runs entirely in your browser using the standard Canvas API that's built into modern browsers. Your images never leave your device — which also means the tools are fast and work even on a slow connection.

Free and unlimited

There's no account to create, no watermark added to your images, and no cap on how many files you can process. The site is supported by unobtrusive advertising so the tools can stay free for everyone.

How it works

When you add an image, your browser decodes it, redraws it onto a canvas at the size and quality you choose, and re-encodes it as a new file. That new file is what you download. Because all of this happens locally, nothing is ever transmitted to us.
